Ang Level 4 (Platinum) ay isang account verification level na nagbibigay ng mas mataas na monthly account limit, mula Php 500,000 hanggang Php 5,000,000.00, subject to approval.
ANO ANG REQUIREMENTS PARA MAG-APPLY NG LEVEL 4 (PLATINUM)?
Kailangan mong magsumite ng:
✔️ Accomplished Customer Limit Request Form (available lang sa BIR Office, hindi sa Palawan branches)
✔️ Documents na magpapatunay ng source of funds, tulad ng:
📄 Income Tax Return (ITR)

Ang Certificate of Existence of Program/Activity (COEP) ay isang dokumentong ini-issue ng head ng agency, office, o department na nangangasiwa sa isang program o activity.
GAANO KALAKI ANG PWEDENG MAGING MONTHLY ACCOUNT LIMIT KO?
Kapag approved ang iyong Level 4 (Platinum) request, ang iyong monthly account limit ay maaaring maging minimum na Php 500,000 hanggang maximum na Php 5,000,000.00, depende sa evaluation at approval.
PWEDE BA AKONG MAG-REQUEST NG PLATINUM UPGRADE AGAD PAGKATAPOS MAG-REGISTER?
Hindi. Ang Platinum Upgrade Request ay maaari lamang i-request pagkalipas ng tatlong (3) buwan mula sa initial registration.
