As a minor account holder, you can:
✅ Cash-in (receive from other PalawanPay users, other banks or over-the-counter through Palawan branches)
✅ Make payments to merchants via QR
✅ Pay Bills transactions
✅ Buy Load transactions
For now, however, with your basic account ay hindi ka pa maaaring:
❌ Cash-out
❌ Transfer funds to other banks or PalawanPay users (via InstaPay or other methods)
💡Upon turning 18 years old (legal age), maaari kang mag-apply upang i-upgrade ang iyong account and get verified.
