WHAT TRANSACTIONS CAN I PAY THROUGH QR?
QR payments can only be used for the following transactions:
- ProtekTODO payments
- Rematado sale
- Pawn transactions
- Bills payments
- Buy Load
- Suki card
- Remittances
- Other payments
MAAARI BANG MAG CASH OUT GAMIT ANG QR?
CAN I PROCESS CASH OUT TRANSACTIONS VIA QR?
Ang branch or OTC cash out ay dapat gawin lamang via Agent Portal, It is strictly prohibited from using QR for cash out transactions.
Hindi rin ito applicable for QR transactions coming from another banks/e-wallet.
ANG QR PAYMENT GALING SA PALAWANPAY MOBILE APP (ON-US) AY HINDI NARECEIVE NG BRANCH. ANONG DAPAT NA GAWIN?
BRANCH DID NOT RECEIVE QR PAYMENT FROM A CUSTOMER’S PALAWANPAY MOBILE APP, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If customer was successfully debited of the QR transaction, you may check the following:
Merchant Portal transaction history - siguraduhin na ang range ng date ay T-1 to T+0, halimbawa, ang date ng transaction ay January 1, 2023, i-date ang search from December 31, 2023, to January 1, 2023.
It is also important to ensure that the branch associate looking at the history is correctly transferred/linked to the same merchant branch.
ANG QR PAYMENT GALING SA IBANG E-WALLET OR BANK MOBILE APP (OFF-US) AY HINDI NARECEIVE NG BRANCH. ANONG DAPAT NA GAWIN?
BRANCH DID NOT RECEIVE QR PAYMENT FROM A CUSTOMER’S OTHER E-WALLET OR BANK MOBILE APP, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If customer was successfully debited of the QR transaction, you may check the following:
Agent Portal transaction history - siguraduhin na ang range ng date ay T-1 to T+0, halimbawa, ang date ng transaction ay January 1, 2023, i-date ang search from December 31, 2023, to January 1, 2023.
It is also important to ensure that the branch associate looking at the history is correctly transferred/linked to the same merchant branch.
After checking the above items and transaction still did not appear on the history immediately report it to partnerhelp@palawanpay.com for further verification.
Kung maconfirm na ang transaction ay hind inga pumasok sa PalawanPay, ang sender/customer ay maaaring makipagugnayan sa kanyang e-wallet or bank para sa higit na assistance. Maaaring ang transaction ay subject for reversal sa kanyang account.
HINDI MAKITA ANG QR SA BRANCH PORTAL TRANSACTION HISTORY NGUNIT ITO AY NAKIKITA NG AKING KASAMANG ASSOCIATE.
TRANSACTION CAN BE VIEWED BY MY FELLOW ASSOCIATE, BUT I CAN’T SEE IT USING MY USER ID.
If a fellow associate can view the transaction but you cannot, although you both assigned to the same branch, you may check the following:

THERE IS EXCESS TO THE AMOUNT CUSTOMER TRANSFERRED VIA QR. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please immediately report the excess amount for reversal to partnerhelp@palawanpay.com sa pag report siguraduhin na kasama ang mga sumusunod na detalye:
- Retrieval Reference Number
- Transaction Date
- Transaction Amount
- Customer Name
- Customer Number
- Amount for Reversal
- Reason for Reversal
It is also important to note that
1. reversal is only applicable to transactions that has been made via PalawanPay to PalawanPay;
2. transaction that has not been returned to customers through cash or any other way.
PAANO GAMITIN ANG QR FOR BILLS PAYMENT SA BRANCH?
HOW CAN I PROCESS BILLS PAYMENT PAID THROUGH QR?
Maaaring tanggapin ang bayad ng bills payment via QR instead of cash para sa biller na nasa IIS.
Ngunit, mahigpit na pinapaalala na upang ma-process at ma-post ang transaction ay dapat na gawin pa rin ang usual bills payment processing sa IIS.

MAAARI BA TAYONG MAG REVERSE NG QR TRANSACTION SA MERCHANT PORTAL NA NATANGGAP MULA SA IBANG E-WALLET OR BANK?
CAN WE PROCESS REVERSALS THAT CAME FROM OTHER E-WALLETS OR BANKS?
Ang reversal sa merchant portal ay allowed as long as valid ang dahilan.
Ngunit ang reversal sa wallet ng customer from other e-wallet or bank, ang sender/customer ay dapat makipagugnayan sa kanilang respective e-Wallet o banko upang ma-initiate ang reversal request.
GAANO KATAGAL ANG INAABOT PARA MAREVERSE ANG TRANSACTION?
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REVERSE A TRANSACTION?
Depende sa type ng transaction, maaaring tumagal ito ng minimum of two days up to 10 working days.
Kung ang transaction ay PalawanPay to PalawanPay, reversal to the customer wallet may take 2 to 3 working days, while adjustment on the branch wallet may take up to 10 to 14 working days.
Kung ang transaction naman ay from another e-Wallet or bank to PalawanPay, ang suggested turnaround time ng reversal ay 10 working days.
