Your account can be kept safe by following these guidelines:
- Never share your Quick PIN with anyone. Always keep in mind that your QPIN should be kept secret, and sharing it with others may put your account at risk. Just like your bank's ATM PIN, always have your QPIN memorized.
- If you have multiple accounts, try having different QPINs for each one. One-Time Passwords (OTPs) must also be kept confidential. PalawanPay representatives will NEVER ask for your QPIN. If you ever encounter fake PalawanPay Support asking for your QPIN, please report it to our support channels by calling us at 0919-058-0588 or by submitting a ticket.
- Be aware of your surroundings You'll be typing in your QPIN when you log in to the PalawanPay App. Once logged in, your wallet balance is clearly visible.
- Always keep your phone to yourself and be aware of your surroundings when you input sensitive information in your PalawanPay account.
- Watch out for possible fraudsters. If you are transacting with a seller and suspect that he or she may be unreliable, be vigilant and avoid transacting with them. Only transact with sellers you trust.
