REFUND GUIDELINES
Due to the postponement of the PalawanPay Run (Manila Leg), participants who are unable to join the rescheduled event may request a full refund.
The refund will cover:
👟 100% of the registration Fee
👟 Processing Fee
👟 Administrative Fee
REFUND PROCESS
Participants who wish to request a refund simply need to reach out to the official RUNRIO channels (Details below) and provide their registration details.

ONCE THE REQUEST IS RECEIVED:
1. RUNRIO team will validate the participant's registration details.
2. If the participant has not yet received their race kit, the refund will be processed after successful validation.
3. If the participant has already received their race kit and wishes to proceed with the refund, they will need to arrange the delivery of the race kit to the RUNRIO warehouse.
4. The refund will be processed once the returned race kit has been received and verified by the team.
5/ Participants will receive the full refund amount, including the processing and administrative fees, with no deductions.

Participants who have already received their race kit are responsible for arranging and covering the delivery of the race kit to the RUNRIO warehouse.
Participants do not need to submit a separate refund form. Simply reach out to the official event channels, and the team will assist with the validation and refund process.
