What is PalawanPay Buy Jewelry?
PalawanPay app now offers Jewelry Sales, it is an e-commerce platform in the app where users can shop for jewelries such as bracelets, necklaces, earrings, pendants, etc.
What type of jewelries are being sold in the PalawanPay app?
PalawanPay only sells “rematado” or repossessed items. These are items that customers usually see in the physical Palawan Express branches. With that said, expect that these jewelries are not brand new, but rest assured on the quality and authenticity because this is being appraised and certified by the Palawan Pawnshop Jewelry Group.
Who can use the Buy Jewelry service in the app?
For the soft launch, all registered PalawanPay users can access and use/shop the jewelry sales; however, we are encouraging our Suki to upgrade to verified accounts so that users will not experience reaching basic wallet limit when buying jewelries.
Once this has been fully launched, only verified users can access the service.
How to access the Buy Jewelry service?
Suki must login to their PalawanPay app.
On the dashboard page, there’s a section marketplace section, "Palawan Suki Store" and you can tap on the Buy Jewelry icon to enter the storefront.
What type of gold are you selling?
There is a variety of gold that PalawanPay caters.
There are gold coming from countries such as Saudi, Japan, China and locally made -- most of which are ranging from 18-22 karats of gold.
How to order?
Registered Suki can just access the Buy Jewelry icon and select the desired item.
You can add them to cart or simply tap the buy now button for quick checkout.
It is important to enter your shipping details correctly to avoid shipping problems. Simply review your shipping details and items ordered before confirming to payment.
Only your PalawanPay wallet is allowed as payment method, make sure you have enough funds to successfully place an order.
How many days should I wait for my order to be delivered?
Our standard shipping process is around 5-8 business days.
Once order has been placed, our team will have your order processed and expect notifications and updates from our team regarding the status of your order.
May I request to have my order shipped to the nearest Palawan Pawnshop?
This is currently not an option.
For your security and assurance that the order will not be tampered, it will be delivered directly to your shipping address.
Is there a shipping fee?
Yes, all orders have shipping fees and it will vary depending on the location of the customer and the declared value of the item being ordered because order insurance is already included.
How to process refunds in case there’s a problem in my order?
