PROMO SPECIFICATION
The 12 Bills to Christmas Promo runs from October 1 to December 15, 2026. During the promo period, customers who complete 12 qualifying utility bills payment through PalawanPay app will receive a notification inviting them to fill out their details to join and get a chance to win exciting prizes.
WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO PARTICIPATE
- All Palawan customers, residing in or outside the Philippines, 18 years old and above.
- All Palawan customers who successfully perform bill payment transactions with participating Bayad and ECPay billers through the PalawanPay App. Eligible billers include electricity, water, internet, cable television, and other utility billers available on the PalawanPay App.
Once the customer completes 12 transactions, they will receive interstitial and push text asset on their PalawanPay app prompting them to fill out their details to join the promo.
Upon opening the link, they will be asked to provide the following information:
• First Name
• Last Name
• PalawanPay registered number and phone number
• List of 12 Transaction Reference Numbers
• Address
After submission, a confirmation message will appear indicating that their registration has been successfully received.
Employees of Palawan Group of Companies advertising agency and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
- After the registration deadline, one (1) winner of a ₱50,000 PalawanPay Credit and ten (10) winners of a ₱1,000 PalawanPay Credit will be electronically selected at the Palawan Pawnshop Head Office Building. A representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) will be invited to witness the raffle draw.

Raffle Draw
- An internal program randomizer will be used to draw the winners under a DTI representative’s supervision. A customer can only win once and one prize during the promo duration.
- Prize will be disbursed as is and not as cash. The prize is non-transferable.

WINNERS
- All raffle winners will be announced on Palawan Pawnshop – Palawan Express Pera Padala official Facebook page. Winners will also be notified via text message and registered mail through PalawanPay’s Customer Service Hotline (639190580588).
- All winners will receive prizes tax free. The Palawan brand will pay tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00. Customer Service will conduct an internal validation of each winner. Once the winner has been successfully verified and validated, the prize will be automatically credited to the winner’s account.

- Palawan Group of Companies reserves the right to repurpose posted content related to this for promotional purposes.
- Each winner shall allow PalawanPay to use his/her name or picture in its marketing communication materials.

DATA COLLECTION
An internal program randomizer will be used to draw the winners under a DTI representative’s supervision. Entries will be taken from the transactional log data from PalawanPay’s system. Customers who will meet the set criteria will be included in the pool of entries.
