Yes, definitely! You may avail ProtekPlus every time you pay bills using your PalawanPay app.

| Are there exclusions to the insurance coverage? |
Yes. The insurance product will not cover death or disability due to natural causes or illnesses. It also does not cover losses, injuries, or death resulting from or contributed by war, invasion, dangerous sports such as climbing, scuba diving, parachuting, etc., illegal acts, alcoholism, pregnancy, congenital conditions, and similar exclusions. | Who is the insurance provider? |
Oona Insurance Corporation is the insurance provider for ProtekPlus. Oona offers a wide range of products, including motor, property, personal accident and health insurance. The Insurance Commission of the Philippines licenses it with Certificate of Authority No. 2025/70-R.

To file a claim, please visit https://partner.myoona.ph/palawanpay/make-a-claim/ Prepare the necessary claims documents and provide basic personal information and details of the incident. Submit the claim and Oona will reach out to you for the status or decision on your claim.
