| Can I avail of ProtekSure on all Pay Bills merchants / billers? | Yes, you may avail the ProtekSure product on all billers in the Pay Bills feature of the PalawanPay app. |

| Are there exclusions to the insurance coverage? | Yes. The insurance product will not cover death or disability due to natural causes or illnesses.
