PROMO MECHANICS
1. The promo is exclusive to PalawanPay Mobile App users who will successfully buy and load Smart and TNT products using the Palawanpay Mobile App for the promo duration period.
2. Account holders must load from December 9, 2024 (12:01 AM, Philippine Standard Time) to January 31, 2025 (11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time) to qualify.
3. The eligible Smart and TNT products will get the corresponding raffle entries in the table.

6. Terms and Conditions:
- For qualified buy load transactions via PalawanPay App, PalawanPay credits will be credited to the declared mobile number of the payor .
- A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once.
- Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS. To claim the prize, winners must acknowledge
the verification from Palawan Group and or reach out after posting via the social media announcement. - Promo only applies to all successful buy load transactions of the participating Smart and TNT denominations. Cancelled or failed transactions will not be qualified.
- All taxes (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred for the prize shall be shouldered by Palawan Group.
- The promo offers and prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
- This promo is valid for buy load transactions only. The offer cannot be used with other existing promotions.
- All employees of Palawan Pawnshop Group/PalawanPay & participating partners (SMART & GATE) and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle.
- Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of registered notice (text/call/email).
- Each winner shall allow Palawan Group of Companies and SMART/GATE to use his/her name or picture in its marketing communication materials
- Winners will be drawn via randomizer and will be contacted and will be contacted via text/call. All prizes must be claimed within 60 days after being notified by Palawan Group of Companies, otherwise prizes will be forfeited in favor of SMART with prior approval from DTI.
- Customers have up to seven (7) calendar days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes to Palawan Pay regarding the raffle entries earned. All aspects of the raffle promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.
