1.The promo is exclusive to PalawanPay Mobile App users who will successfully buy and load Smart and TNT products using the Palawanpay Mobile App for the promo duration period.
2. Account holders must load from November 15, 2024 (12:01 AM, Philippine Standard Time) to January 15, 2025 (11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time) to qualify.
3. For every successful purchase of any of the participating Smart and TNT load denominations users will get cashback:

4. Each winner shall allow PalawanPay to use his/her name or picture in its marketing communication materials.
5. Cashback will be credited to their PalawanPay wallet immediately after the successful BUY LOAD transaction.
6. Cashback is rewarded one time only.
7. Customers have up to seven (7) calendar days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes to PalawanPay regarding the prizes earned.
